Beth earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Martin and her Master of Science in Nursing from Austin Peay State University. Her background as a Registered Nurse includes experience in surgery, home health, and hospice care, giving her a well-rounded and compassionate approach to patient care. At Magnolia Clinic, Beth is committed to comprehensive, patient-centered care with a strong focus on wellness and disease prevention.

Jimmy is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over 20 years of experience in healthcare and public service, as a Firefighter, Paramedic, and Army Flight Medic. A graduate of the Military’s Interservice Physician Assistant Program, Jimmy brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to patient care. He specializes in Testosterone Replacement Therapy, Peptides, Medical Weight Loss, Thyroid Management, Migraine Relief (Occipital Nerve Block), and Primary Care. Jimmy also proudly serves as a Physician Assistant in the Tennessee Army National Guard, continuing his mission to serve both his patients and his country.

Jaclyn Cooper is a board-certified Licensed Practical Nurse with over a decade of experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, Women's Health, and In-office Procedures. With a background in rural health care and a degree in nursing and business systems technology, she combines clinical expertise with operationial efficiency. Her dedication to quality care and patient outcomes makes her a vital asset to our team.

John Munson is a board-certified Physician Associate (PA) with a Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University (TN). A 20-year veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces (Marines & Army), he brings a diverse background in primary care, orthopedics, cardiology, emergency medicine, and pediatrics. As a CrossFit Level 2 Trainer and Functional Medicine Academy Certified Provider (FMACP), John focuses on optimizing health by addressing root causes, reducing reliance on chronic medications, and supporting weight management, blood sugar control, and joint health. He is also skilled in urgent care, including splinting, sutures, and treating acute infections.

Emma is a Registered Nurse and aesthetic injector at Magnolia Clinic who specializes in Botox and dermal fillers. A proud University of Tennessee at Martin Nursing Graduate, Emma brings over 2 years of Emergency Room experience to her role—and she’ll continue serving in the ER alongside her work in aesthetics. She’s passionate about creating natural, refreshed results that enhance your unique beauty. With a gentle touch and a deep love for patient care, Emma is here to help you feel confident, comfortable, and cared for every step of the way. 

Brandon Pate earned a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nursing from Union University. Before transitioning into an advanced practice role, he gained extensive experience as a registered nurse in the emergency room and cardiac rehabilitation. Since 2015, Brandon has provided comprehensive primary care for individuals and families of all ages. His clinical approach emphasizes building long-term relationships and delivering personalized, compassionate care that supports patients in achieving optimal health.

With a strong foundation as a former EMT and over three years of nursing experience, Derek brings both skill and compassion to the Magnolia Primary Care team. He has worked closely under the guidance of Brandon Pate throughout his nursing career, gaining valuable experience in patient care and clinical practice. Derek’s background in emergency response and hands-on nursing gives him a well-rounded perspective that supports Magnolia’s mission of providing personalized, high-quality care to every patient.
